ten reasons to love this house

  1. You'll be downtown in under 10 minutes, really it's more like 8 minutes. There's only 2 traffic lights to downtown & MUSC from this house.

  2. Coming home from downtown, most of the cars on the James Island Connector turn left onto Folly Road, which can get backed up, but you turn right off the connector to get home so you cruise past the traffic.
